Eyecatching!!!!!!!!!!!!Jan 29, 2011

I bought the black and white rotolog about 2 and 1/2 years ago after seeing it in a surf shop in Bali and it is unbelieveable the amount of people who have commented on it. True the face is a little small and difficult to read in a hurry sometimes, but I've not had to change the battery yet, although the light has stopped working. When you buy a nice watch you want people to notice. This watch will definately be noticed!

Demands attention.Mar 18, 2009

I've owned this watch for about four years. For some reason, the darker wood on this particular model is much more striking than the other, lighter woods more commonly found - someone asks me about this piece literally every day I wear it. The watch itself works fine for me but is a bit small for some people to read. I was surprised to find there are three batteries(!) crammed in there when it needed replacements after a few years. Even still, this is by far my favorite of all the watches I own.

By T. Hardin This watch looks absolutely amazing, but I am very disappointed. The battery in mine died in less than a year. The way the watch is designed, you either have to have a "certified jeweler" replace,or, send back to Nixon & they'll replace for a "normal fee".When I plugged in the info on their webpage,it quoted me (possible) fee of 42 dollars, including shipping! Thats almost 25% of the cost I paid for the thing,to replace the battery!! That bites,BIG time....

Not common and striking watchNov 06, 2011
By rufus This watch always catches people attention. It's an unusual kind of watch, very nice. It's quite comfortable, although it's not small. You could feel it as heavy. If you push the upper button a LED lighten the dial.
